Leg Day

Hey Guys! I actually have expanded my 2er split to a 3er split and reintroduced leg day. I just recovered the passion of the leg day with an incredible pump and `the competitive aim´.

My legday (Day 3) is based on classic basic exercises:

Squats, Leg Press, Lunge (Dumbbell), Leg Extension (Machine), Seated Leg Curl (Machine), Calf Raise and supersets Box Jump and Knee Raise.

Btw still on the road to 165lbs.
